We remember Harold L. Bryant whose spirit departed to Heaven on December 13, 2024, at the age of 93. He is survived by his wife, Dolores L. Bryant.

Harold was a beacon of unwavering friendship and kindness; he has left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Harold walked through life with a gentile strength, touching the lives of everyone he encountered. He dedicated his time and resources to making a brighter world.

In his youth, Harold worked with his family (parents, 1 sister, 2 brothers and his cousin) on their North Carolina tobacco farm.

After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps., then moved to Richmond, Va. where he began a banking career.

Throughout his life, Harold was an active church member serving as a church Sunday school director and a deacon. He sang in various churches and in the Richmond Men’s Barbershop singing group.

Harold and his siblings agreed that they would always remain close and that distance would never affect our support and love for each other. We will miss him forever.

The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Hunton Baptist Church, 11660 Greenwood Rd., Glen Allen, Va. 23059, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park.
