From the moment Oliver entered this world, he was the embodiment of happiness. His infectious smile and gleeful laughter brought light into the lives of his parents, Julius Dahl and Meirya Childers. He was the cherished grandson of Tatika Howard, David Childers, Kristin McIntosh, and Fawn Iverson. Oliver's presence was a source of constant delight to his great-grandparents, Mary (Ron) Cochell, David (Jan) Childers, Bob (Judy) Poike, and Trish Flaherty, as well as his great-great-grandfathers, Ronald Burks and Donovan Enos. He was also adored by his aunts and uncles, Brandon Childers, Leosha Jackson, James Jackson, William Childers, Defawn Jackson, Dejay Jackson, Kylee Childers, Cailin Bologa, Ashley Dahl, and Eliana Dahl, and his cousin Isabelle Kerkhoff.

Oliver, known affectionately as "Stinker Butt" and "Love Bug," was a source of endless joy and entertainment. His love for bright colors was evident in his fascination with the vibrant worlds of My Little Pony and Octonauts.
