Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener at the age of 64.

Beloved husband of Evelyn.

Loving father of Erika, Alyssa (Peter), Justin Biesinger (Courtney) and Lukas Biesinger (Rebecca).

Dear brother of Gary (Sylvia) and Ron (Davina).

Fondly remembered by many extended family as well as colleagues at Grand River Hospital.

Predeceased by parents, Heinrich and Alice (nee Weimer).

Richard loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed many cottage activities including skiing, boating and snowmobiling. He enjoyed a 42 year career at Grand River Hospital as an inventory controller.

Richard's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial service will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024 in the funeral home chapel followed by a reception. Interment at Parkview Cemetery.
