As a special education teacher and second-grade instructor, Kay touched the lives of countless students with her patience and nurturing guidance.
On August 12, 1978, Kay was united in marriage to Curtis Myrom at Holy Cross Catholic Church in South Portland, Maine. She was a beacon of support in her children's activities and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren. Reading was a favorite pastime, as were the annual trips to Maine to reconnect with family and friends. Kay will be remembered as a loving, generous, and kind soul. Her compassionate heart and willingness to help others were hallmarks of her character. Friends and family will recall her friendly smile as a constant source of light and positivity.
