Mr. David Keith Arnette, age 64, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Conway Medical Center. Mr. Arnette was born on June 23, 1960, in Loris, SC, son of the late, Wilbur Kelly Arnette and the late Jacklyn Yvonne Hardee Arnette. Mr. Arnette was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church and retired from both Lowes and Horry County Schools. In his personal life he loved the mountains and was a diehard Dallas Cowboy’s fan, but will be most remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, great uncle and friend to all.
Survivors include his wife, Linda A. Arnette of the home; his sons, Kyle David Arnette and Carl C. Spyridakos; his sister, Kelly Holmes (Larry), nephews; Dustin Holmes (Ashley), Jeremy Mincey, Scott Holmes (Shanna Mae), Corey Holmes (Jessica), Casey Holmes (Whitney), James Fraser, Andrew Fraser, Stephen Gerondakis, Jr., and Christopher Gerondakis; nieces, Jolie Holmes, Peyton Mincey, Kelsey Holmes, Annslee Holmes, Jaylan Holmes, Brylee Holmes, and Remi Holmes; great-nephews, Connor Holmes, Nolan Holmes, and Shiloh Holmes; great-great-nephew, Easton Tyler Holmes; brother-in-law, Steve Gerondakis (C.J.), and sister-in-law, Elaine Fraser (Jim).
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Ghent officiating. Committal services will follow at Patterson Cemetery in Loris, SC. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Hardwick Funeral Home.
