Michael Terry “Mike” McGinnis - age 73 of Lenoir City, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024 at his home. Mike was a retired auto mechanic. He worked for many years at Elm Hill, Goodyear, and Free Service Tire, before retiring from the Loudon County Recycle Center. Mike enjoyed fishing.

Preceded in death by his parents, Avery J. McGinnis and Ailene Compton McGinnis; and his brother-in-law, David Thomas.

Mike is survived by his children: Anita Stallings (Paul), Terri Reagan, Michael Shane McGinnis (Krystal), and Frankie McGinnis; grandchildren: Kirkland Reagan, Rebecca Stallings, Katie and Ally McGinnis; sister, Debbie McGinnis Thomas; half-sister, Charlotte Cain and husband, Jimmy; half-brother, Jackie Wayne McGinnis and wife, Dorothy; nephew, Dewayne Thomas (Julie) and his children: Avery, Emily and Lucas, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, December 16th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Tommy Patterson officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 10:30 Tuesday morning and proceed to Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for 11 a.m. graveside services.
