Loyd Allen Chamberlain, 73, of Raccoon Township, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, December 13, 2024, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born June 16, 1951, in Aliquippa, he was a son of Ella (Ramsey) Chamberlain and the late George Chamberlain.

Loyd retired as bus mechanic from the Aliquippa School District, as an auto mechanic from Roland’s Garage, and as a small motor mechanic from C & I Hardware. He also ran his small engine repair shop out of his garage.

Among his hobbies, he enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, working on engines, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and old Western movies.

He will be missed by his five children, Robert A. (Karla) Chamberlain, Laura (Harvey) Holbrooks, Ronald (Christine) Chamberlain, Heather (Glen) Blue, and Jamie (Brent) McMichael, many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his four sisters, Jane, Lois, Lila, and Karen.

Friends will be received Monday, December 16, 2024, from 4pm until 7pm at TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, PA 15001.
