Maria Albertina Fonseca peacefully passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital on Friday December 13, 2024, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Anibal. Loved mother of Lidia Ormonde. Proud grandmother of Debora, Michelle, Alison, and Christopher. Loving great-grandmother of Zendaya, Katherine, Junior, Bailey, Lovely, Jasmine, Doneilia, and our special Angel.

She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. In lieu of flowers the family ask you do an act of kindness in memory of Maira, no matter how or small.

Visitors will be received at P.X Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Ave, on Monday December 16, 2024, at 10:00am until the time of the Funeral Service at 10:30. Interment to follow at East Lawn Cemetery.
