Elsa, Tx. – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Guadalupe Perez, on December 13, 2024 at the age of 70. Mr. Perez was born on September 9,1954 in Edcouch, Texas to Mucio Perez and Elvira Rivas. Mr. Perez was a hardworking man who always strived to provide for his family.

Mr. Guadalupe Perez is survived by his loving wife of almost 40 years: Sandrivina Salinas Perez, his Children: Stephanie Perez Champion (Roland Jr.), Johnny Lee Perez, grandchildren: Noah Guerrero, Addison Selina Campion, Roland Champion III and siblings: Jose Perez, Belia Villapando and Maria Cruz Cobos. Preceded in death by his parents Mucio and Elvira Perez.

Guadalupe was a man who loved the open road of a truck driver, providing for his family and finding joy in the journeys that stretched across the country. Mr. Perez would often bring home small souvenirs to show where he’d been and share his travels with his family. When he wasn’t on the road he filled his day with his second love, that of being an animal lover. Mr. Guadalupe was a man had a big heart for his furry friends, who brought him peace and tranquility.  

The memories Mr. Guadalupe Perez created and the love he shared will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him and be part of his life’s journey. Mr. Perez will be missed but never forgotten.  

The Family of Mr. Guadalupe Perez invites friends and family to celebrate his life with Mr. Perez’s visitation on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Eternal Light Funeral Home located in Elsa, Texas. Mr. Perez will be cremated at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
