William Roland Schumacher of Commerce Twp., Michigan was born March 2, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan at Grace Hospital to William Roland and Barbara Ann (nee: Gautherat Schumacher. Bill was the eldest of four brothers and one sister. He died December 13, 2024 at the age of 75.

Mr. Schumacher was a good worker and a wonderful husband to Sheryl for 55 wonderful years; great dad to Shawne Maureen (Michael) Wisbiski, William R. Schumacher III, and Brenton Thomas (Blaine) Schumacher; grandfather to Alexandra Wisbiski, Jack Wisbiski, Jacob William Schumacher, Sophie Rose Wisbiski, Luke William Schumacher and Leah Wisbiski; brothers, Michael (Julie Schumacher) and Dan (Gayle) Schumacher, sister-in-law Barbara Schumacher and brother-in-law Joseph Miller.

Bill loved his children and grandchildren very much and loved when all would get together.

He was preceded in death his siblings, John and Laurie.

Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 6:00 PM. Friends may visit Wednesday, 4 PM until time of service.
