She’s Gone! - Karen (Miz) Watson, 83, of Havelock, Ontario, volunteer extraordinaire, died on the morning of December 9, 2024. Miz was born on December 1, 1941, to Ruth and Morgan Ames in Brighton, Ontario. Sister to Margo and Lynne. Mom to Jennifer Lynne, Brud (Donna), Shannon and Lisa. The only Mizzy to Dustin (Becca), Jared, Dana (Doug), Isaac, Savannah, Holden (Brooke), Jeremy (Jami), Rachel, Shannon, Kent, and Kate and Great Mizzy to their precious children Kylie, Tristan, Olivia, Stella Mae, Jessica, Samantha, Liam, River, Saffi, Luke, Jake, Zoe. She would also like to acknowledge her grand animals Booker, Hank, Rocco, and Susan. In accordance with her wishes there will be no funeral service. Instead, sometime when the weather is warmer, there will be a joyous parade followed by a tribute at the Havelock Arena. The family will keep you posted on the date.
