Joseph Francis Mock, 59, of Johns Island, South Carolina, passed away on October 30, 2018. He was born on June 27, 1959 in Charleston, South Carolina, a son of Paula Forrest and Joseph Mock. Joey is survived by Karen Mock of Johns Island, South Carolina; son: Joseph Francis Mock, III (Hannah); daughter: Laura Louise Mock( David Pair); brothers: Thomas Mock (Gina), Christopher Mock (Lisa), sister-in-laws: Linda Lance, Cindy Lance and Vickie Thomas; nieces & nephews: Jennifer (Beaufort), Christan (Pierce), Frances, Alexis, Jaylan, Sallie, and David Deveaux. He retired from SCE&G, was a volunteer for the James Island Fire Department and member of the James Island Yacht Club. A Memorial Service will be held at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, 347 Folly Rd., Charleston, SC 29412 on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 11:00am to 12:00pm, followed by Celebration of Life at James Island Yacht from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
