Jeffrey (Jeff) Roy Parsell, age 64, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, in Cincinnati, OH of natural causes.

He was born June 15, 1960, in Cincinnati, OH. beloved son of the late Roy Parsell and Marie (nee Hauser) Parsell.

He is survived by his daughter, Sydney (Ian Thornhill) Parsell, his granddaughters: Lavender and Violet Thornhill, ex-wife: Wanda New, step-sons: Nick Paul Hartmann and Eric (Lindsey) Thomas Hartmann, and life partner, Gwen Hoeting.

Jeff grew up in Western Hills where he attended Our Lady of Lourdes school and church. He attended Elder High School (class of 1978). He was a graduate of Miami University, OH, with a Master of Science (1991), and had a Bachelor of Science from Xavier University (1988).

He was employed by TriHealth, Cincinnati, OH for over 35 years, most recently as a Voice Over IP Engineer.

Jeff was a life-long Catholic and believer in Jesus Christ as our savior. He was passionate about researching his family's ancestry. He enjoyed the beach, his property in Naples, FL, playing cards and Xavier basketball.

A visitation will be held on December 13th, 2024 from 9:30-11:00 AM at Spring Grove Funeral Homes, 4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223.  A funeral service will follow from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Burial will be private.
