Rita Janice (Plemmons) Williams was born in Granger, Texas on August 5, 1924 to Thomas Edmond and Frankie Loraine (Sinclair) Plemmons. She went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 10, 2015. Married to Hugh L. Williams of Joaquin, Texas, on February 10, 1945. Survived by husband Hugh; son Kenneth H. Williams, DVM, and wife Nancy; son Edmond and wife Myra; 4 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Private graveside services will be held for immediate family with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Lazybrook Baptist Church, 1822 W. 18th Street, Houston, TX 77008.
