Barbara R. Stretch went home to her heavenly Father on Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was 79. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Stretch. She was a longtime resident of Bensalem, PA. Barbara was a graduate of St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls, class of 1957. She worked as an examiner and retired from the IRS. Barbara enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, and spending time with family and friends. Barbara always helped whenever possible and she will be greatly missed by all of her family, friends, and those whose lives she touched. Relatives and friends will be received by the family on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 10:00 - 11:00 am at St Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, followed by the celebration of her Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.
