John Fornito, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on November 29, 2024.

Born to Salvatore and Laura Fornito (nee Hansen) in 1949, in Philadelphia, John spent his formative years in the Olney neighborhood, where he graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School in 1966. A graduate of Spring Garden College, John went on to establish a successful career, owning and operating Precision Carbide, a tool and dye business in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, for nearly 50 years. His dedication and hard work were evident in the thriving business he built, which served as a testament to his commitment and skill.

John is survived by his devoted wife, Catharine, and his two daughters, Jill Fornito and Molly Santana (Fornito), who, along with her husband Steve, blessed John with his first grandchild, Luke Francis Santana. The recent arrival of his grandson brought immense joy to John's life, marking a new chapter of love and legacy. John is also survived by his sister, Suzanne Leonard, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

John loved spending a weekend down at the Borgata and could be found playing poker or socializing in the Society Club. Together, John and Cathy enjoyed traveling regularly to their favorite destinations, including Napa Valley, Palm Desert, Las Vegas, and Florida, especially Key West, creating lasting friendships and cherished memories along the way.

John had a longstanding interest in Thoroughbred Racing and used to own several horses. He spent many Monday nights in his league at the bowling alley and enjoyed spending time on the links in Hilton Head.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday December 5th from 6-8 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM Friday December 6th at the Church of St. Isaac Jogues, 349 Evesboro-Medford Rd., Marlton, NJ 08053. Interment to follow at Jesus Bread of Life Cemetery, Mt. Laurel, NJ.
