Theda Jean O’Hagan, resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma was born March 16, 1949 in Winnfield, Louisiana to Virgil Rikard and Imogene Rikard (Shirley). She went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 28, 2024 in Oklahoma City at the age of 75. On January 22, 1971, she married the love of her life, John O’Hagan. Theda was a homemaker and also managed her husband’s business finances. She dedicated her life to her husband, children, & grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and making her home a home. Theda fiercely loved her family and wanted nothing more than her family to be healthy, happy, and safe. Even in her last days her family’s needs were above her own. She will be greatly missed and the loss leaves a hole in our hearts.


She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Sharron Thompson, and niece Tobi Holder. Survivors include her husband John O’Hagan of Midwest City; her son Bruce O’Hagan of Choctaw; her daughter Amy Leonard and husband Kirby Leonard of Newalla. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren, Brandon Fox and wife Leslie Fox, Blake Fox, Alex O’Hagan, Hayden Leonard, Hayley Leonard, and Matthew O’Hagan. She also leaves behind one great granddaughter Anahi Fox and three brothers, Phillip Rikard, Howard Rikard, Kevin Rikard, and numerous nieces and nephews.


A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City.
