Tammy Lee Faith, 60, of Corydon, Indiana, died Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon.  She was born May 18, 1964, in Corydon, to Margaret Marie McKim Faith and the late Lonnie Lee Faith. 

Tammy was employed by Blue River Services for 25 years.  She was very well known for her spunky side of life. Always cutting up or cracking jokes.  Never a dull moment with her.  She always kept us on our toes.

Tammy was a hard worker when it came to her home life helping her dad, Big Lonnie, raise paint horses and even helping deliver the colts when they were born.  She loved when Aunt Veronica & Uncle Mike would take her and mom to King Fish after their eye appointments.  Tammy would have to count each and every plane that would fly over.  It made her day.  One afternoon, I told her we could go down by the river, but we had to walk the plank.  Sure enough, not knowing what we were about to do, she walked it with me.

Two years ago, she was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer, and she was determined to beat it!  Her wish was to go to Disney World and thanks to the Norton Cancer Center of Corydon, they made her wish come true.

Tammy’s love in her life was her family, her baby dog, Buster, and Mickey and Minnie Mouse. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Faith; her uncle, Melvin McKim; and her grandparents, Ernie & Bernedeen McKim.

Survivors include her mother, Marie Faith; her brother, Lonnie Faith, Jr. (Paula); her uncles, Marlon, Michael and Mitchell McKim; her aunts, Veronica and Marissa McKim; and lots of other relatives, including nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2024, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in New Amsterdam Cemetery in New Amsterdam.

Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
