Chester Hall, age 94 of Kite, Kentucky passed away on Friday November 29, 2024, at his residence in Kite, KY. He was born on October 16, 1930, in Knott County, Kentucky to the late Johnnie Sherman Hall and Maggie Bates Hall. He was the husband of Myra Bates Hall.


Chester is survived by his Wife: Myra Bates Hall; Sons: Randolph (Tammy) Hall, Paul Vaughn Hall; Daughters: Carol Ann Slone, Abigail Hollifield; Sister: Reeci Thompson; 6 Grandchildren; A Host of Great- Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends


Chester is preceded in passing by his Parents: Johnnie Sherman Hall and Maggie Bates Hall; Brother: Bill Hall; Sisters: Verda “Nig” Hall, Lizzie Jane Quillen


The family will receive friends Monday December 2, 2024, from 6PM-9PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY.


Funeral Services will be Tuesday December 3, 2024, at 1PM at the funeral home chapel with Sonny Hatmaker officiating. Military Honors conducted by Knott County DAV Chapter 171. Burial will follow at the Chester and Myra Hall Cemetery in Kite, KY. Chester will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
