Gilbert Lima, Jr. Obituary
Gilbert “Gil” Lima, 62, of Warren, passed away on November 27, 2024, in his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Montreal, Canada, he was the son of Maria Noemia (Luis) Lima and the late Gilberto F. Lima. In addition to his mother, Maria Noemia, he is survived by his siblings and their spouses: Maria and Bill Cunha, Joe and Kim Lima, and Fatima Lima and Dennis Fowler. He was the beloved uncle to William, Christian, and Rebecca Cunha; Juliana and Maddy Lustig; and Jenna Lima and Jason Catalan. He was also an honorary uncle to Marco and Christian Neves.
Gil enjoyed playing tennis, wood working, stargazing, and baking the perfect bagel.
His funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 10 - 11 AM from the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street, followed by a prayer service at 11 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
