It is with great sadness that the family of Christina Lynn Finley announces her sudden passing on October 20, 2018, at the age of 56 (born January 17, 1962, in Belleville, IL; christened March 4, 1962). Chris to those in the south, and Tina to those in the north, will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jeffrey Finley; daughters, Krysta Engel and Taylor Trokee; granddaughter, Gracie Finley; and grandson, Zaine Hayes. Chris will also be missed dearly by many other relatives, cousins, and friends spread across multiple states. She was preceded in passing by her parents, William H Maxfield and Minnie Opal Maxfield, neé Missey; her brothers, William L Maxfield (Billy) and James (Eric) Maxfield; and daughter, Alyssa N Engel. Chris touched many peoples’ lives and was quick to offer support in times of need. She was a pursuer of crafts and hobbies, lover of animals, enjoyed fishing, and did her best to pass these things on to her children and grandchildren. A memorial service and gathering will be held in her memory on October 24, 2018, at 4:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Oak Ridge, LA. Condolences and donations will be accepted by Mulhearn Funeral Home, 2308 Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA.
