It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Karen Victoria Kitchen on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital at age of 83 years.
She leaves to mourn with many loving memories: daughters: Judy (Mel) Campbell, Janice Kitchen, and Sharon Kitchen; son-in-law Rick Morayniss; grandchildren: Lenny Morayniss, Chelsea Morayniss, Gabriel Campbell, Sophie Campbell, Jacob MacNeil, Emily MacNeil, and Angela MacNeil; great grandson Weston Thompson; brothers: Aubrey (Cassie) Brown and Roger (Sharon) Brown; and family friends: Bernice Hodder, Wade Hodder, and Joe Bruce; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Karen was predeceased by: husband David Kitchen; daughter Susan Morayniss; and parents Llewellyn and Minnie Brown.
Following her wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life to be held at a later date.
