Justin A. McGowan, age 33, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne A. “Rick” McGowan; grandparents, Mel McGowan, and Major Buster and Wilma Kimbrough; and uncle, Robbie Kimbrough. Justin is survived by his fiancée, Rachelle Liner; son, Matthew McGowan; sisters, Samantha (Stacey) Caldwell, and Ashley Williams; brother, Robbie (Jenna) McGowan; precious grandmother, Pansy J. McGowan; 2 nephews; and a host of aunts and uncles that love him dearly; and his mother, Stephanie (Roger) Langston, who will greatly miss him.
