Ms. Kimberly C. Bailey, 52 of Decatur passed away on Saturday October 20, 2018. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 27,2018, 12 noon at F.L. Sims Funeral Home, Decatur. Public viewing will be from 12 noon until 4 p.m. on Friday, October 26, 2018. She leaves to cherish her memory, 2 daughters, Precious and Portia Bailey, aunts, uncles cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
