Life is but a vapor and death are inevitable for each one of us; the Lord in his own divine wisdom suddenly carried the soul of Mr. Franklin Rodnetrius Tahmar "Rod" Roebuck to his Heavenly home on Friday, November 29, 2024.
Franklin Rodnetruis Tahmar “Rod” Roebuck was born on May 18, 1994, in Toccoa, GA to La’Trice & the late Lamar Roebuck. He grew up with his sister, Latricia Allen in a loving and supportive family. Rod attended Franklin County High School, where he excelled in academics and sports, and later graduated. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and most of all coparenting with the mother of his daughter, JaQueshia Cooper. He was excellent at all he did.
Rod had a successful time at T.I. Automotive. He worked exceptionally hard and was always dedicated at every task he was assigned. Beyond his achievements at T.I. Automotive, Rod was a generous and active coworker, who was loved by all who worked alongside him.
Rod’s life was marked by love, joy, and service. He was a devoted son, wonderful father, caring brother, and loyal friend. His radiant smile and positive energy left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Rod’s legacy is one of less, integrity, and a commitment to making the world a better place. Even unknowingly.
Rod is survived by his daughter: Aubree Roebuck, mother: La’Trice Roebuck; Bonus Parents: Bernard & Danna Roebuck; his sister: Latricia (Devario) Allen; Bonus Siblings: Alexus Burton, Micah Roebuck, Mylan Roebuck and Amiracle Roebuck; Sherrika Arthur of the home; nieces: Iyonna Johnson, Kashtyn Johnson, MiLia Allen. Nephew: Braecyn Allen; and many extended family members and friends. Though his time with us was short, his memory will be cherished forever.
Public Viewing will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 4:00 - 6:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Hartwell Chapel.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 12:00pm, located at Holy Calvery MRF Church.
