Donna Elizabeth Clark Stavros, 65, gained her angel wings and went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma after a long and brave fight with cancer. Donna was born November 30, 1958 in Pampa, Texas to Fred Clark Jr. and Bobbie (Moore) Clark. In 1964, the family moved to Oklahoma City.
Donna was a graduate of Putnam City High School Class of 1977. She had a long career in the oil and gas industry, working as a Land Analyst for the last 28 years, holding several professional certifications and belonging to the OCPLA.
Family was at the center of Donna's life; Aunt DaDa or Mama Donna, as some knew her, had a loving heart and would drop everything to be there for you if you needed her. She loved having family and friends over for pool parties in the summer and football parties in the fall. Her home was the hub for family get-togethers and she loved the holidays. Her love for her son, Taylor, was unending and she was so proud of the man he has become. She enjoyed sitting with her family and friends, sharing food and making memories. Her love will be missed, but never forgotten and always felt. A beacon of Christ, a mother, a sister, a daughter and a mentor loved by so many.
Donna is survived by her son, Taylor Stavros; and sisters, Devra Smith (Terry) and Sharon Clark; nieces, Angi Gee (Erik) and Gina Robertson (Robby); and nephews, Kyle Guethle and Michael Smith; and grand-nephews, Nick Gee, Alex Gee and Jayden Triplett. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Fred and Bobbie Clark; and niece, Kelsey Guethle.
