The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Friday December 13, 2024, from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. Mr. Cowley transitioned on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the Decatur General Campus of Decatur Morgan Hospital.
