Phyllis Smithee, 72, of Auxvasse passed away peacefully at the Neighborhoods Nursing Home in Columbia, MO on November 28, 2024.

She was born in Fulton, Missouri on January 24, 1952 to the late Hallie W. Holland and the late Wanda (Truitt) Holland.

Phyllis was united in marriage to Ronald Smithee on January 29, 1972, he survives her passing.

Phyllis was a life-long member of Church of God Holiness of Fulton. She was the most loving and loyal person, and always put herself last in every situation. She loved her family, and her grandkids were the loves of her life, though shopping was a close second.

Those that remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Ronald; sons, Jeff Smithee (Stacie), Jason Smithee (Desiree); brother, Roger Holland (Shirley); grandchildren, Mason, Parker, Ava, Kate, Jaden, Kylee, and Lydia, along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Maupin Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 11:00 am with Pastor Jason Smithee officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3 at Maupin Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Interment will be held in Concord Cemetery in Auxvasse.
