Frances Yvonne Hall Frazier Obituary

Frances Yvonne Hall Frazier woke in the presence of her Savior on Friday, November 29, 2024. She passed peacefully at home with family.

She was born on August 3, 1938 in Trenton, TN to the late Lewis Carter and Goldie B. Hall. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years, Bobby Theo Frazier, Sr., her daughter, Teresa Gale Frazier Pinckley, her sister, Inez Hall Vickers, and her brother, Lewis Franklin Hall.

Frances leaves behind many who are going to miss her peaceful presence: Son and daughter-in-law Bobby and Debbie Frazier of Cookeville, TN, their daughters, Melissa Brock, Dawn Crabtree (Richard), Shannan Bradley (Brandon), Leah Honeycutt (Matt), and their grandchildren Brice (Carli), Braylee, Allie, and Hunter Brock, Adam, Katelyn, Lucas, and Noah Crabtree, Grant, Ben, and Gracey-Anne Bradley, Kaylee, Drake, and Ginny Honeycutt . Son and daughter-in-law David and Connie Frazier of Cookeville, TN, their daughter Cameron Brown (Justin), and their granddaughters Holly and Addison Brown. And son-in-law Randy Pinckley of Middleton, TN, his children Niki Burross and Jake Pinckley (Cara), and his grandsons Bo and Peyton Burross, and JT Pinckley. Also, several nieces and nephews who lovingly called her Aunt Fran, and a special niece, Erika Culver Grammar (Thomas), who was like a granddaughter and gave her the affectionate title of Memaw. She also had many cousins and other family members and dear friends scattered across the country.

Bob and Frances relocated from Memphis to Cookeville in the late ‘90’s when she retired from Raleigh Chiropractic where she worked as a Chiropractic Assistant. Before that, she worked at McDonald’s as a bookkeeper and cashier. She left behind many dear friends and family in Memphis, many who have graduated to Heaven before her. While in Cookeville, she was a faithful volunteer at the Crisis Pregnancy Center (Cookeville Pregnancy Clinic) and helped kick start the Baby Bucks Program (now known as The Thrive-Parent Education Program).

Frances loved God and her family. She was a member of Sonlight Church in Gainesboro, where she attended faithfully for as long as her health allowed. Even after dementia robbed her brain of her most precious memories, the old Hymns and Bible Verses remained. The legacy and memories she leaves behind will be treasured and cherished by all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to thank the many caregivers who have visited over the last year; Annie, Selena, Crystal, and Willow, The Caris Nurses Cory, Shawn, and Anita, the Waters in Gainesboro who provided Respite Care, and countless others who walked this journey with us these last few years.
