Thomas S. Zilinek, 88 – of Cape May Court House, NJ passed away November 28, 2024. He was born in Bronx, NY to the late Thomas and Anna Zilinek, Sr. He moved to Cape May County in 1990 after living in Clifton, NJ with his family. Tom worked as a driver for Bally’s Casino. He loved sports including Duke basketball, Notre Dame football, was a Yankees and Giants fan, but mostly loved coaching his children’s teams.

Tom is survived by his wife of 63 years, Pat (formerly Otte) Zilinek; his children: Tom (Diane) Zilinek III, Lisa (Chris) DiGerolamo, Frank (Ann) Zilinek, and Laura Zilinek; grandchildren: Taylor, Christopher, Devon, Dana, Josh, Abigail, and Tanner; great grandchildren: Milana, Charlotte, Nash, and Colton; and special nephew John (Nichol) Oliva.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Maria McDermott, brother Frank Zilinek, and sister Maryann Oliva.

Public Viewing will be Monday, December 2, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Viewing will also be held Tuesday, December 3 from 10 to 11 a.m. Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will conclude at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Cape May, NJ.
