It is with great sadness the family of Lisa Riley announce her sudden passing on Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was a resident of Palatine, Illinois, formerly of Oak Brook, Illinois and Michigan City, Indiana. She was born on February 22, 1966. Beloved wife of Ronald L. Jordan of Palatine, who she married on March 3, 2018. She was previously married to Eddie Riley who predeceased her in 2015. She was the loving mother of Jen (Bryan) Linn, meemaw to McKenna and sister to Randy Hegland. She was step-mother to Zachary, Fiona and Ava Jordan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lou Hegland and one brother and sister. Lisa spent many years in customer service in the air compressor industry and was very passionate about her work. Lisa loved playing golf, horses and time with her family, especially her granddauther, McKenna. She attended Rogers High School in Michigan City, Indiana and furthered her education at Purdue University North Central. She was a strong, independent and kind person with a vivacious smile. Lisa loved people and would not hesitate to give others her undivided attention. A celebration of life will be preceded by a memorial service at Unity Northwest Church, 259 E. Central Rd., Des Plaines, Illinois on Thursday, October 25, at 2:00 PM. Please stay and visit with family and friends.
