Kimberly “Kim” Watson, 62 of Cambridge, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on November 28, 2024, at her home.

She was born on December 22, 1961, in Wooster, Ohio, daughter of the late Willie Watson and Shirley (Debolt) Watson. Kim was a graduate of John Glenn High School in 1979. She owned and operated 4th Street Diner of Cambridge and Country Corner Restaurant in New Concord for several years before becoming a self-employed truck driver for the last 11 years. Kim was a member of the Salt Fork Baptist Church, as well as many other churches over the years.

Kim is survived by her son, Brandon (Mandy) Watson; mother, Shirley Watson; significant other, Bobby Hutson; brothers, Russell Watson, Edward (Andrea) Watson; sister, Joyce Watson; 3 grandchildren, Destiny, Cindy, Dawson; 7 nieces and nephews; special friends, Rita Kuhl and Joyce “Sissy” Crawford; her truck driving companion, Pinky.

She is preceded in death by her father, Willy Watson; and half-brother, Craig Ice.

Per Kim’s wishes, no calling hours or services will be held at this time. A dignified cremation will be held.
