Louise E Grodzki Obituary

Louise E. Ziemba Grodzki, age 94 of Sayreville, passed away peacefully at Mira Vie in East Brunswick, with her loving daughter by her side. Born in Sayreville, she was a lifelong borough resident. Before her retirement, Louise worked as a secretary with DuPont in Sayreville as well as the Algro Knitting Mills in Milltown. Louise was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostak RC Church in Sayreville where she was a member of their Altar Rosary Society.

Louise is predeceased by her beloved husband Stephen, her son Kevin, her brothers Frank and Joseph Ziemba, her sisters Stanislawa Ziemba and Mary Wasilewski and her husband Hank.

Surviving are her daughter Mary Lou Knox and her husband Michael, her daughter-in-law Marcella Grodzki, her grandchildren David and his wife Gail, Ryan and his wife Caroline, Michael Knox Jr. and his fiancé Christine, Matthew Knox and his wife Gina, her great granddaughters Collette and Celia, her favorite nephew Gregory Wasilewski and many other loving nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Funeral services will be Wednesday 9:15am from the Maliszewski Memorial Hom 121 Main St. with a 10:00am Mass at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Buril will follow at St. Stan’s Cemetery in Sayreville.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
