A cherished member of the Anna Methodist Church, she was known for her faith and active involvement in church activities, where she found joy in serving others.
Her home was a sanctuary of warmth and hospitality, where she could often be found in her favorite chair, with her beloved dog Bailey nestled on her lap. Her great-great-granddaughter, Paris, was her constant companion, sharing countless moments of joy and laughter over bowls of popcorn. These simple pleasures were the essence of her life, reflecting her love for family and the small joys that brought them together.
A passionate gardener, she found solace and beauty in her backyard, tending to her flowers with care and delighting in the vibrant colors that bloomed under her nurturing touch. Her big bay window offered a perfect view of the birds she loved to watch.
Her culinary skills were legendary among family. She was the first to be called upon for a comforting home-cooked meal or her famous chocolate cake for every birthday. Cooking and baking were one of the many ways she expressed her love and care for her family.
