Helder Wayne McDonald Obituary
Helder “Wayne” McDonald, 87, of Prairie Grove, AR passed away peacefully at home on
November 28, 2024.
Wayne was born April 3, 1937 in Fayetteville, AR. He is preceded in death by his parents and
his beloved wife, Geraldine McDonald.
Wayne is survived by one son, Dennis McDonald and wife Bo, one daughter, Diann Yancey and
husband Jim; Two grandchildren, Chance McDonald, Miranda Cash and husband Chris; Two
great grandchildren, Case and Addison. Along with nieces, nephews and countless friends that
he loved dearly.
Wayne sold cars for many years for a living, served on the Lincoln City Council and was also a
volunteer firefighter. He loved fishing, camping, water skiing and just a good day on the lake. He
loved spending time on the farm helping out with the cows.
He will be greatly missed
