Bonnie Philemon Robinson passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017. She was born in Union County, NC daughter to the late Samuel Minnie Mullis Philemon. She is also preceded in death by her husband Ray Robinson. A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM, Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. The family will visit following the service. Bonnie is survived by her son Dennis Helms and wife Linda of Monroe, grandchildren Chris Helms and wife Sarah of Denver, CO, Melissa Helms Ackerman, husband Jason of Mint Hill, and a great granddaughter Katherine Ackerman. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd. Monroe, NC 28110.
