It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Ma. Guadalupe Salgado Flores, who departed this life on November 27th, 2024, at the age of 47. Born on May 14th, 1977, in Guerrero, Mexico, Guadalupe’s life was full of love, devotion, and vibrant energy.
Ma. Guadalupe, affectionately known as "Guadalupe," was a beacon of joy to everyone who knew her. She was deeply passionate about gardening, where she found immense pleasure among the blooms, particularly favoring the color blue, which she saw as a reflection of tranquility and hope. Her love for flowers symbolized her nurturing spirit and the vibrant, colorful life she led.
She is survived by her loving father, Sebastian; her devoted husband, Juan; sons Brandon, Rodrigo, and Landon; and daughters Milbia and Milca, who each cherish the warmth, guidance, and smiles she imparted daily. Guadalupe also leaves behind her brothers, Moises, Jose Alberto, Marco Antonio, J. Reyes, Piedad, Ricardo, Augustin, Eliseo, Bruno, Jesus, and Cesar, and five sisters, Marilu, Azucena, Selen, Navorina, and Lilibeth, her daughter-in-law Maricela, and her paternal grandmother Ciriaca Najera who remember her as a source of strength and a bond unbroken by time or distance.
In addition to her immediate family, Guadalupe's legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Damian and Daleyza, whose lives have been enriched by her love and laughter.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their support during this difficult time. A celebration of Guadalupe's life will be held on Sunday December 1st from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, where family and friends can gather to honor and remember a remarkable life that touched so many.
Her final resting place will be Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
Guadalupe’s light will forever shine through her family and the many lives she touched. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will live on in the loving memories of those who knew her.
