Leonard G. Carlucci Obituary

Leonard G. Carlucci, 81, beloved husband of Leslie (Bolton) Carlucci for 59 years, died on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Maplewood Assisted Living in Norwalk.   Born in Stamford, son of Peter and Jennie (Russo) Carlucci, he was predeceased by his sister Marguerite O’Connor and brother Peter Carlucci.

After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, he worked for USPS in Stamford for 21 years, before working as a long-haul truck driver with the Teamsters.

Leonard is survived by his wife Leslie, their children, Leonard P. Carlucci and his wife Tina, Katharine Carlucci and her husband Brad Lepisto, and Gary Carlucci, cherished grandchildren; Mason Carlucci, Emma and Paige Lepisto, and Derek and Stanley Carlucci. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Frank Carlucci, Carmela Calorossi, James Carlucci, Dominick Carlucci, Ronald Carlucci, Dawn Carlucci, Deborah Ballard, Anna Liik and Jean Talamelli as well as nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.

His family will receive friends on Sunday Dec. 1, from 2-5PM at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on Monday, December 2, at St. Philip Church, 1 Father Conlon Place, Norwalk. Burial with full military honors will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
