Gloria Jean Pavey Canterbury Obituary
Gloria Jean Pavey Canterbury, age 90, went home to her Lord and Savior on Nov. 26, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was born Oct. 8, 1934, to Wayne and Jewell Pavey in Ramah, Co. She married William C. Canterbury in 1952. They raised their family on the family ranch in Howard, Co.
She is survived by her children Wanda (Glen) Casper, Jane (Alan) Dye, Bill (Julie) Canterbury, Tim (Rhonda) Canterbury, Ellen (Bill) Roscoe, Frances (Mike) Livings, and brother Dan (Linda) Pavey of Anchorage, Alaska. She also leaves 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Friday, Dec. 6th at 10:00 am at Wilson Funeral Home located at 1449 South 9th St., Canon City with a reception to follow. She will be laid to rest at Garden Park Cemetery.
