Karen Lynn Colosimo (Hochwalt)

Karen Lynn Colosimo of Xenia, OH passed away November 26th, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton.


She is proceeded in death by her husband of 12 years, Carlo Colosimo, father Noel Hochwalt, and her uncle Jack Hamilton.


She is survived by her sons Mathew (Caroline) Colosimo and Johnathan Anderson, mother Doris Poffenberger, sisters Pam Matheney and Cathy Hochwalt, brother Joe (Connie) Hochwalt, nieces Jessie (Ken) Wood, Nicole (Efren) Gutierrez and nephew Allen (Maddie) Hochwalt.


After graduating from Fairmont East, Karen worked many years at Gold Circle, Moto Photo, and K-Mart. In her youth she enjoyed photography, playing darts, and being out with her friends. She grew to be a very nurturing presence in many of people she came across throughout life. She was truly irreplaceable and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
