George Jeffery Burdeshaw, 78, of Panama City went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. He was born on February 9, 1946, in Panama City.

Mr. Burdeshaw dedicated over thirty years to the Bay District School System. He loved fishing and doing boat repairs but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He also loved his pets, Jack, Emblen and Pretty Girl.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jehu and Mabel Burdeshaw; sister, Kathryn; brothers, Doyle and Doug; and daughter,

Jennifer Mayo.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of fifty-eight years, Christine Burdeshaw; daughter, Lisa Moats and husband Aaron; grandchildren, Jennifer Wasmer, Aaron Moats and wife Caitlyn, Krystyna Burton, Adam Moats and wife Shelby and Logan Burton; great-grandchildren, Ava Gardner, Emmett Wasmer, Elijah Wasmer, Bentley Moats, Brayden Moats, Aiden Moats, Aleigha Moats, Addisyn Moats and Averleigh Moats.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 12:00 until 1:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Panama City. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., with Rev. Donovan Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4035 E. 15th St., Panama City.
