Miss Irene Gato, age 70, of Quincy, Massachusetts and of Itbayat Batanes, Philippines passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, DE.

Born in the Philippines, a daughter of Felicidad Caan and Igmedio Gato, Irene immigrated to the United States in December 1987. Prior to her illness, she worked with her family in operating a grocery store. She enjoys reading and watching TV..

In addition to her late parents, she is survived by her siblings Felicita Gato Martinez of Milford, DE; Carmen C. Gato of Quincy, MA; Benilde Gato Watts of Hernando, FL; Elenita Gato Awatin of Randolph, MA; Ronald Gato of Quincy, MA; Rowena Gato Valdez of Quincy, MA and Youel Gato of Weymouth, MA. as well as 12 nieces and nephews.

Private Services have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Irene's honor to your local charity of choice.
