Kathleen B. Cavallaro (nee Tedesco) passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 76. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Cavallaro and the beloved mother of Dr. Joseph (Lori), Christopher (Sara), and Michael (Joan). Kathleen was a loving grandmother to Lauren, Ella, Joseph, Lyla, Caitlin, Matteo, Clara, and Ryan. She was also the loving sister of the late Vicki Mullica and is survived by her sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kathleen's family was her pride and joy, and her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She cherished gathering them around her and cooking for them. Kathleen retired from The Department of Homeland Security office of Investigations in Philadelphia after dedicating 29 years to her work.
She had a deep connection to her church, Epiphany of Our Lord, where she was married, and her sons attended school. As per her wishes, her funeral mass will be held at the church. Kathleen will be remembered fondly by all who knew her for her kindness and love.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Epiphany of Our Lord Church on 11th and Jackson St. The funeral mass will begin at 11 a.m., followed by entombment at New St. Mary Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Fraternal Order of Police, ATT: Caitlin Myers, 11630 Caroline Rd., Phila., PA 19154, payable to the "FOP Scholarship Fund."
