Mrs. Eva Jean Clark, 78 of Sand Springs died Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. She was born in Mt. Vernon, KY on June 13, 1940 the daughter of Wilbert and Nannie French Renner. She was a homemaker and a member of Blue Springs Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening and sewing. She is survived by her husband Jimmie Clark; a son, Steven Clark of Ft. Collins, CO; a daughter, Sandi Himes and husband Randall of Mt. Vernon; two brothers, Freddy Renner of Mt. Vernon and Bobby Smith of Brodhead; and two sisters, Willene McClure and Brenda Miller, both of Mt. Vernon. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Derek Clark, Amy Clark, Spencer Clark, Danny Clark, and Kenzi Himes; and three great grandchildren, Eli Clark, Carson Clark, and Elizabeth Clark. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two daughters, Patricia Himes and Kathy Marie Clark.
