Joyce Ann Stamper, age 82, of Hazard, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center. She was born at Amburgey, Kentucky on September 1, 1936, the daughter of Daniel D. Mullins and Ada B. Everage Mullins. Survivors Husband- Rudell Stamper Son- Gregory Paul Stamper Daughter- Lynn Whitaker 4 Grandchildren- Kyle (Ashley) Maggard, Britta Maggard, Klay Maggard and Brooklynn Whitaker 5 Great Grandchildren- Kyleah Maggard, Kaleb Maggard, Kolton Maggard, Kyler Maggard and Kashton Maggard Sister- Linda Sue (Jimmy) Pugh Host of Nieces and Nephews Special Niece and Nephew- Debbie Mullins and Danny Mullins Preceded in death by parents and 2 Brothers- J.D. (Janallee) Mullins and Paul (Bernice) Mullins 2 Sisters- Christine Mullins and Helen Mullins Madden Funeral services for Joyce Ann Stamper will be held 1 PM Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Amos Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow in the Stamper Cemetery at Dwarf, Kentucky. Friends may call for visitation Monday morning 11 AM – 1 PM prior to the funeral.
