Thomas P. Yaworski

Rose City, Michigan

Thomas P. Yaworski, a beacon of joy and laughter, passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 65, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan Born on January 18, 1959, in Bay City, Michigan, Thomas was a man whose loving and thoughtful nature touched the lives of all who knew him. He was a man known for his quick wit and his ability to bring a smile to anyone's face. Thomas's life was one of dedication and love. He shared a beautiful and enduring partnership with his longtime companion, Kim Carrico, and together they built a life full of warmth and happiness. He was a devoted father to his children, Thomas (Lauri) Yaworski Jr, Dean (Amanda) Carrico, and Terri (Bryan) Biando, and took immense pride in their accomplishments. His role as a grandfather to Dylan Yaworski, Caelynn Bertasio, Tony and Evan Biando, and Henry Carrico was one that he cherished deeply. The lessons he imparted and the memories created will be treasured by them always. Thomas was a beloved sibling to his brother Brian Yaworski and sisters Debbie (Kim) Beiser and Brenda (Pete) Revard. His family was a cornerstone of his life, and he held each member close to his heart. Preceded in death by his parents William and Barbara (Resley) Yaworski and his baby sister Theresa, Thomas's legacy of love and laughter continues to live on through his family and the many lives he touched.

An avid outdoorsman, Thomas relished the times spent in the tranquility of nature. He had an enduring passion for deer hunting, a tradition he shared with his father, creating bonds and memories that lasted a lifetime. His love for staying busy was evident in the way he approached life, always finding joy in the work of his hands and the beauty of the world around him. Those who knew Thomas will remember him for his endless capacity for humor and his remarkable ability to find the silver lining in every cloud. His laughter was infectious, his jokes were plentiful, and his presence was a comfort to all. Thomas's thoughtful gestures, whether big or small, made a significant impact on those around him, and his legacy of kindness is one that will continue to inspire. As we bid farewell to Thomas P. Yaworski, we celebrate a life that was truly well-lived. His indomitable spirit, his loving nature, and his ability to bring joy to everyday moments will be profoundly missed. Through his example, he taught us the importance of family, the value of a good laugh, and the significance of savoring the simple pleasures of life.

Thomas's journey through life was a testament to the person he was: loving, thoughtful, and funny. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His spirit will continue to guide us, his stories will always make us smile, and his memory will forever be cherished in our hearts.

In the quiet moments when we find ourselves outdoors, feeling the warmth of the sun or hearing the rustle of the leaves, we will think of Thomas and the love he had for the natural world. In those moments, we will remember his laughter, his kind heart, and the indelible mark he left on this world. Thomas P. Yaworski's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the beautiful simplicity of a life well-lived.
