Susie K. Stuart, 82, of Whiting, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Daegu, South Korea, Susie later made her home in Hamilton and Browns Mills before settling in Whiting in 2002. She worked as a seamstress for over 30 years. Susie enjoyed traveling, gardening and watching game shows, with Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune being her favorites. She also cherished time spent with her beloved Shih Tzu, Su-He. She is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, William Z. Stuart, and brother, Chang Chun Pak, and predeceased by her parents, Myungho Pak and Bomgshim Chae, and sisters, Han Son Yi and Han Cha Ross. Though she did not have children of her own, she shared an unwavering love for her nieces and nephews, treating them as though they were her own. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday from 6–8 PM, with a service at 6:30 PM, at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester. Inurnment will be Friday, 10am, at Brig. Gen. Wm. Doyle Veteran Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Somebody CARES, 48 Schoolhouse Rd., Manchester Township, NJ 08759.
