Kenneth R. Jones, 89, peacefully passed onto a glorious reunion with his beloved wife, Judy, on November 18, 2024.
A native of Beulaville, NC, the second born of eight to Florence Thigpen Jones and Billy Pigford Jones. He was proud to have served in the US Marine Corps/Korean War. He and his brother Charles were owners of a commercial contracting business for many years until retirement. Kenny loved his family dearly and always enjoyed the opportunity to share his quick witted sense of humor.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Cindy Jones, Kenny Jones (Elizabeth) and Angela Jones. He was the proud PaPa to his loving grandchildren, Aimee Young-Pringle (Curtis), Anthony Young (Heidi), Britni Adkins (Joel), Derek Capps (Lynne), Shane Capps (Ashley), Ciri Montanez (Gabe) and Olivia Jones, as well as 17 great grandchildren. He leaves behind siblings, Billy (Luellen), Joseph (Barbara), Lucille, Ronald (Linda), Linda, Doug (Louisa) and predeceases by Charles (Marion).
