Anthony “Tony” Loudermilk, age 67, of Lexington, beloved husband of 12 years to Ellen Loudermilk, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. He was born January 20, 1957, in Cincinnati, OH, a son of the late Clarence Andrew and Earlene Howard Loudermilk.
Tony retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service as an F-16 Aircraft Electrician. In his spare time, Tony enjoyed fishing, hunting, and especially painting, to which his home is adorned with many of his paintings. Tony was of the Baptist Faith and will be remembered as a kind man who loved his family very much.
Besides his wife, he is survived by: a brother, Darrell (Freda) Loudermilk of Pine Knot, KY; three step-children, Jeremy (Kea) Cook of Lexington, Amy Cook of Lexington, and Brian Wiestling of Mount Gilead, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Allen and Greg Loudermilk.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 25, 2024, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 PM Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will be at The Lexington Cemetery.
