Debra Lynn Price Simmons, 67, of Trinity passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at Atrium Health High Point Medical Center. Debra was born October 24, 1957 in Pike County, Kentucky to Thomas Jefferson Price, II and Julia Newsome Price. She was a member of Gospel Way Baptist Church. Debra worked many years at Thomas Erwin Lambeth Furniture. She loved traveling to the beach and the mountains, listening to Motown Music, sewing, but most of all spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Newsome Price; husband, Donald Gene Simmons; one daughter, Misty Lea Huffman Price; and son-in-law, Larry Dale Johnson. 

Surviving are her four daughters, Julie Johnson of Sophia, Christie Moncus of Thomasville, Lisa Jester and husband Travis of Trinity, Amanda Simmons of the home; one son, Allen Huffman, Jr. and wife Jessica of West Virginia; her father, Thomas Jefferson Price, II of Kernersville; two brothers, Thomas Jefferson Price, III and Rebecca of Trinity, Steven Lee Price and wife Pandy of Sophia; two sisters, Doris Ann Royall of High Point, Paula Diane Sarvis and husband Richard of High Point; sixteen grandchildren, Jeremy, Amber, Brittany, Dalton, Tony, Chase, Jacob, Kendall, Kaitlyn, Samantha, Hailey, Colton, Tinslie, Skylar, Ryder and Carson; and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her previous husbands, who are the fathers of her children, Eddie Lee Moncus of Thomasville and Allen Dean Huffman, Sr. of Lansing.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville. Interment will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery in High Point. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
